In today’s era where alertness and innovation are required, diversity combines and enhances the varying talents of employees.
On Friday, April 15, 2022, Ms. Popi Antonopoulou, Director of Human Resources of Ambience Services, together with Mr. Stavros Milionis, president of KEAN- Cell of Alternative Youth Activities, signed the Diversity Charter, a European Commission initiative to promote diversity in Greek businesses.
Its aim is to act as a mean of commitment for the implementation of equal opportunities and the support of diversity in every work environment.
Respecting the uniqueness of every individual is a fundamental value for our company.
Our priorities include the continuous support of diversity-related programs, along with our participation in actions that strengthen the individual skills of everyone, providing equal opportunities to everyone, regardless of gender, age, nationality, culture, religion, sexual identity, spiritual beliefs, socio-economic level and other characteristics.
